Holmes Food Products promises you that if you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will refund the full purchase price, exchange the product or credit your account. (Minus shipping & handling)

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within North Carolina will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS (excluding Alaska & Hawaii), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All Alaska, Hawaii and International orders are shipped USPS priority mail.

Returns and Exchanges
At Holmes Food Products you may return any item for a refund or exchange by e-mailing us at sales@spiceitupsauce.com. Please note that requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days from receiving your order. There is a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund your shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. Please allow 14 business days for your exchange, refund or credit to be completed. Report all damages to shipper.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order.

Holmes Food Products is not responsible for any injury incurred from using or abusing our products. I hereby agree and affirm that in exchange for the purchase of SPICE IT UP! GOURMET HOT SAUCE or any other Holmes Food Products, I agree and accept the following conditions:

1. Due to the extremely hot nature of this product (between 300,00 and 500,000 scoville units), I agree that Spice It Up! Gourmet Hot Sauce and other Holmes Food Products shall be used as a food additive. These products can cause serious injury if directly consumed, ingested and /or applied to the eyes, or any other bodily organs.
2. Spice It Up! Gourmet Hot Sauce and other Holmes Food Products is to be used at my own risk, and I fully understand the potential if handled improperly.
3. If I give these products as a gift, I will make the recipient fully aware of the potential danger if handled improperly or directly consumed.
4. I hereby disclaim, release, and relinquish any and all claims, actions and/or lawsuits that I, or any of my dependents, heirs, or family members may have relating any damage and/or injury that results, or is alleged have resulted, from the use, consumption, ingestion, and/or contact of any bodily part or organ of or from Spice It Up! Gourmet Hot Sauce or any other Holmes Food products.
5. I am not inebriated, and I am fully able to make a decision about the purchase of these products.
